I'm Darcey Ridenour, a zestful pursuer of life’s roles: from marriage and parenting to education and leadership, and it’s not just my hair that stands out! A 1999 Schoolcraft High School honors grad, I'm a mother of three, with a varied career path from automotive warranty clerk and medical scheduler to dental assistant. Joining HomeJoy™ in 2015 as an aide, I quickly advanced to Staffing Coordinator and now serve as the Office Manager. My leadership style mixes vision, coaching, and service, supporting our home care team daily. Whether driving someone, joining fundraisers, or offering a listening ear, I’m committed to our community and the excellence of our care.
